FOR COLLEGES

Welcome to InTuition Scholars:

Revolutionizing Student Engagement, Retention, and Sholarship Incentives

Are you tired of the traditional, ineffective methods of student engagement, communication and scholarship awards that fail to result in graduation? Say goodbye to unanswered emails, ignored texts, unreturned calls, and vaporizing enrollments. Introducing the InTuition Scholars app for students, coupled with the versatile tracking and communication portal for colleges and universities. The InTuition Scholars program is a groundbreaking system designed to foster engagement, transform student retention, empower scholarship awards and revolutionize the journey to graduation.

Vital Rentention
Features

Check-in feature: Students are required to use the mobile app to “check-in” on a periodic basis to earn “provisional” scholarship dollars (weekly, etc.). These funds are awarded at or near graduation if the student completes their course of studies by a predetermined date (2 yr., 4 yr., 5 yr., etc.).

Encourage Engagement: Deliver college announcements, exclusive discounts, coupons, and other small tokens directly to students for immediate use to reinforce a sense of community and involvement.

Initiate Student Interaction: Replace the chaos of unread emails and ignored texts with an inviting platform that requires student initiation, ensuring active participation.

Countdown Clock to Graduation: Keep students focused on their end goal with a visual reminder of their impending graduation date.

Data-Driven Insights: Gain valuable data on student success, allowing colleges to identify patterns and tailor support accordingly.

InTuition Scholars
Innovative Essentials

Graduation Incentive Scholarship: A need-based, stackable scholarship to supplement existing financial aid. Students commit to graduating by a specific date and agree to a provisional dollar amount to be earned.

Progress Tracking via Mobile App: Students check in on a predetermined schedule, tracking their provisional fund growth via a robust mobile app that encourages early and sustained engagement.

Student Tracking via the desktop portal:  Student check-in activity is easily monitored via the color-coded dashboard that visually indicates students who are up to date, those who are a week behind, two weeks, etc. A drop-down menu allows university personnel to provide “nudge” reminders to lagging students that immediately registers on their mobile app. (See University Portal screenshot below).

Funds Allocated for Success: Unused funds are not expended if students fail to graduate by the specified date, allowing for reallocation to future students.

THE BROKEN BUSINESS MODEL

Enrollment Funnel/Leaky Pipeline

High Costs, Low Returns: Millions are spent annually on filling the enrollment funnel through discounts, scholarships, advertising, and more.

60% Graduation Rate: Despite the massive investment, only 60% of students graduate in six years, highlighting the inefficiency of the current system.

Challenges for Low-Income Students: 90% of low-income, first-generation students fail to graduate within six years, underscoring the urgent need for innovative solutions.

Out of the millions spent to fill the funnel – only 60% will graduate in six years! The Enrollment Cliff is almost here, which will make filling the funnel even more difficult.

Problems Worth Solving

with InTuition

Student Retention:

A Pressing Issue

Over 31 Million Unfinished Journeys: In the past 20 years, more than 31 million students enrolled but left without a degree or certificate.

Challenges Faced by Low-Income and First-Generation Students: A significant portion of these students are low income and first-generation, striving to break the cycle of poverty.

Financial Pressures Leading to Dropouts: 38% of college dropouts leave due to financial pressure, emphasizing the need for targeted financial support.

Parental Influence on Dropout Rates: 40% of college dropouts have parents who did not finish college, indicating a generational challenge that InTuition aims to address.

Join the revolution.

Embrace the InTuition Scholars program and transform the student experience — one check-in at a time.

Let’s build a future where every student graduates with pride and success.

ENGAGING CHECK IN
OPTIONS

The check in requirement gives your university the ability to connect with students early and often. A weekly check in schedule would be typical for most students, but short-term programs might prefer a more frequent check in schedule (perhaps even daily).

HERE IT COMES!

Four-Year College Enrollment

Although not all colleges and universities will see a decline in student enrollment, many of those that do will be hit hard. Regional Bachelor’s institutions are expected to lose more than 11 percent of their students by 2029, whereas demand for elite institutions may be up to 14 percent higher in 2029 than it was in 2012.
